11/20/00 - Our Thai Dinner Party (and I do mean party) at Mike and Maureens place this past Saturday night was a Spectacular Event. Besides the 4 regular couples, we had our 2 new couples, Jim and Judy Wert and Rich and Annette Rinker. Along with Mike's sister Carol and her husband Gus we had 14 people at this dinner which was our biggest one to date. Some of the recipes from the dinner have already been posted in our Recipe Archive. Remember to bring copies of your recipe to the dinners so we can all have a copy or you can forward a copy to me via e-mail so I can post our recipes here on our web site. |
11/1/00 - With the departure of Kathy and Jack we have officially decided to include two new couples into the club. Jim and Judy Wert and Rich and Annette Rinker. They will attend the next dinner at Mike and Maureen's on November 17th.

 | 10/10/00 - The Gourmet Dinner Club gathering at Dan and Pat's on Saturday, 10/7, was terrific. Dan had a good time. A Full Write Up will be coming soon!! NEW!! Recipes from the dinner are posted in the Recipe Archive. |
8/15/00 - Pat has re-sceduled the dinner at her house now for October 7th. If anyone has a problem with that please get in touch with Pat as soon as possible.
7/29/00 - On a different note, Maureen has 40th Birthday Party.....
7/27/00 - Pat and Dan have announced the next Dinner Date. August 19th at 7 pm and the theme is Mexican. One of my favorite countries.
7/6/00 - A write up of our last gathering held at Jack and Kathy's is now online for your reading pleasure.
6/17/00 - The All American Cook Out was a smashing success. The rain went away and we had a great evening. Great Food, Terrific Guest Couple, and Some Live Music made for a Real Fine Time. Thanks to Kathy and Jack, our hosts for the evening! A "WriteUp" will be coming soon so check back!!
6/5/00 - Next Dinner! Invitations are out from Kathy and Jack Tennar. The Date of the Next Dinner is June 17th. The theme is "The Great American Cookout". Kathy says, "Plan on campfire songs with dessert". Sounds like a winner
5/7/00 - New Dinner Review! A write up of the dinner held at Sally and Bob's house on April 15th is online and ready to be read.
5/1/00 - Remember to bring your recipes with you to the gatherings. Then I can put them on the web site. It you type them up, e-mail a copy of it to Bob. If you copy it from a book it can still be scanned and put on the web site.
4/16/00 - The second club gathering of Y2K was held last night and what a feast it was. Look for a write up soon which will include some new things this time like some pictures and some recipes of the dishes that were brought.
3/20/00 - OUR NEXT GATHERING will be April 15th at Bob and Sally's place. The Theme is going to be Carribean and your invitations let you know what your part of the feast was to be.

2/20/2000 - The Gourmet Dinner Club gathering was held last night at Joe and Pam Polo's House. Unfortunately Jack and Kathy had another comitment and could not attend. Filling the vacancy was Tony and Dolly, Pam and Joe's neighbors. It WAS a hot and spicey evening. Read about it as soon as the write-up is done and posted as a link from our Home page.
2/8/2000 - The Next Gourmet Dinnr Club Meeting has been announced. The theme will be "Fat Tuesday" and it will be held at Pam and Joe's on Saturday February 19, 2000. Everyone is to bring an International Hor D' oeuvre. Should prove to be quite an interesting night.
